You should use the Preview 5 release if you wish to try out the latest features of Visual Studio 2022. At launch, the RC version will update to GA version. You should use the RC release if you wish to use Visual Studio to build production-ready apps and projects and receive less frequent feature updates. Both RC and GA versions come with a go-live license, for production use. The GA version of Visual Studio 2022 is fully supported by Microsoft.
